Export to CSV and share a live report link

Download any campaign's recipients and activity as a CSV, or share a live public report link — optionally anonymized, no login for the viewer.

CMass gives you two ways to get campaign results out of Gmail: a CSV export for your own analysis, and a shareable public link for clients or teammates who shouldn't need a login.

Export a campaign to CSV

  1. 1Open the CMass panel and go to the Campaigns list
  2. 2Expand a completed campaign to see its stats
  3. 3Click 'Export CSV'

The file includes every recipient with their status and full activity — sent, opened, clicked, replied timestamps and counts — ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

  1. 1In the same expanded campaign view, click 'Share report'
  2. 2Copy the generated link and send it to anyone
  3. 3Optionally tick 'Anonymize' to hide recipient email addresses
  • The report is live — it reflects the latest opens, clicks, and replies each time it's opened
  • No login required for whoever you share it with
  • It includes headline metrics and a by-domain breakdown
  • Anonymized reports drop the recipient list entirely — great for sharing externally
Revoke anytime: A shared link stays live until you turn sharing off for that campaign. Toggle it off whenever you want to retire the link.
