Manage replies with the Reply Project

Every campaign reply on one screen — auto-labeled in Gmail, scored for sentiment, with one-click AI drafts sent threaded back into the conversation.

The point of a campaign is the replies. CMass pulls every reply across your campaigns into one screen so you can triage and respond fast — and it keeps your inbox organized automatically along the way.

Automatic reply organization

When a recipient replies to a campaign, CMass applies a Gmail label (like CMass/Replies) so responses are easy to find in your own inbox. It also detects auto-responders — out-of-office bounces and the like — so your follow-up sequences only pause for genuine human replies.

The Reply Project screen

Open the CMass sidebar in Gmail and click the 'Replies' button. You'll see every reply across your campaigns in one list, each showing who replied, which campaign they came from, and a sentiment read (positive, neutral, or negative).

Respond in one click

  1. 1Click 'AI Draft' on any reply to have Claude write a contextual response
  2. 2Edit the draft if you want, or send as-is
  3. 3Click 'Send reply' — it goes out threaded into the original Gmail conversation
💡 Replies you send from the Reply Project land in the same Gmail thread, so the whole back-and-forth stays in one place for you and the recipient.
Sentiment at a glance: Use the sentiment chips to prioritize — jump on the positive replies first while interest is hot, and handle the rest in a batch.
